Program Overview

Our Master of Science in Organizational Psychology degree places emphasis on the behavior of individuals in businesses in an effort to determine ways to improve performance and productivity. Program graduates will learn to apply cutting-edge theory and research skills in the workplace. Students will factor human behavior into the successful business equation to build resilient leadership, motivate productivity, support diverse cultures and managing organizational change.
