Business Administration – Human Resource Management

Program Overview

Keiser University’s Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration equips students to advance as business leaders through increased proficiency in decision-making, technology, communications and effective supervisory skills.

The concentration in Human Resource Management can develop your skills in preparation to work in human resources which includes managing compensation, benefits, training and development, recruitment, employee retention and more.
